The clubhouse is located at 331 Gates Mill Dr., Lawrenceville, Ga. 30045. It can be rented by a Homeowner of record for a fee of $50.00, provided your dues are current. A refundable deposit of $200 is also required. The deposit will be refunded once you have cleaned the clubhouse and no damage has been detected.
